Essential Law Group is a general practice law firm serving businesses and individuals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  We are problem solvers who think outside the box and do not lose focus on the bigger picture.

We have worked on cases ranging from minor traffic violations to national security matters. We have been exposed to the full gamut of issues and are able to draw on our experiences to think strategically and position our clients for the best possible resolution.

Prior to starting Essential Law Group (formerly Law Offices of Charlie W. Yu), Charlie served as a judicial clerk in the Civil and Appellate Divisions of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a judicial extern under Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court.
